Love Gardens: Optiven Gives Buyers 10 Free Bags of Cement

Optiven Group has introduced a construction incentive targeting land buyers at its Love Gardens development in Kajiado Township, offering 10 free bags of cement to customers who undertake groundbreaking on their properties this quarter.

The promotion, announced under the company’s #BuyAndBuildNaOptiven initiative, seeks to encourage landowners to move from plot ownership to actual home construction. Optiven is also highlighting the development’s infrastructure, title deed availability and flexible payment arrangements as it targets aspiring homeowners and property investors.

The offer is designed to provide support at the initial stage of construction, when buyers begin purchasing building materials and preparing their properties for development. According to the company, plots at Love Gardens start at KSh950,000, with instalment payment options available.

Wachiuri Emphasises Support for Home Builders

Optiven Group Chief Executive Officer Dr George Wachiuri has previously highlighted the company’s efforts to support customers who have completed paying for their plots and are ready to begin construction.

Speaking about an earlier building-materials initiative at Love Gardens, Wachiuri said: “And we are happy to be able to support our customers with bags of cement and a lorry of stones to make the dream a reality.”

His remarks reflect the company’s broader buy-and-build approach, which encourages customers to develop their properties instead of leaving them undeveloped.

The current promotion offers 10 bags of cement to qualifying customers undertaking groundbreaking this quarter, although the company’s detailed terms and conditions should be confirmed by interested buyers.

The initiative comes as developers seek to attract customers interested not only in acquiring land but also in turning it into homes for personal occupation or rental investment.

Love Gardens Highlights Location and Infrastructure

Love Gardens is located within two kilometres of Kajiado Town and less than one kilometre from a tarmac road, according to information provided by Optiven.

The company lists murram-standard access roads, borehole water on site, ongoing solarisation works for a water tower and perimeter fencing among the development’s features. It also says title deeds are ready, a factor prospective buyers should verify through the relevant official land records before completing a transaction.

The infrastructure is intended to support buyers planning to develop homes on their plots, while the location offers access to Kajiado Town and its surrounding services.

Plots Start at KSh950,000

Optiven says plots at Love Gardens start at KSh950,000, with instalment payment options available to buyers who prefer to spread payments over time.

The company also lists financing partnerships with Equity Bank, Co-operative Bank, NCBA, National Bank, DTB and Stanbic Bank. Prospective buyers should confirm eligibility, interest rates, fees and other lending conditions directly with the relevant financial institutions.

The free-cement offer adds a construction incentive to the land purchase proposition, although buyers will still need to budget for labour, additional materials, approvals and other building expenses.

Encouraging Buyers to Build

Through its #BuyAndBuildNaOptiven campaign, the company is positioning Love Gardens as an option for buyers seeking to progress from land acquisition to home development.

The 10-bag cement incentive may help qualifying customers meet part of their initial construction needs, but its overall value will depend on the offer’s eligibility requirements and the wider costs of building.

Interested buyers can contact Optiven on 0790 300 300 or 0723 400 500, or visit www.optiven.co.ke, for further information about Love Gardens and the promotion.
