East African Breweries PLC (EABL) has partnered with Ciel Lounge to bring its luxury spirits portfolio closer to consumers, starting with Don Julio After Dark, a new experience launched on October 22, 2026, at the rooftop lounge and bar in Westlands, Nairobi.
Under the partnership, Thursday evenings at Ciel will feature Don Julio tequila, signature serves and expert mixology, offering guests an experience centred on the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.
“We see an important opportunity to work closely with hospitality partners to bring our luxury brands to life in ways that feel relevant to the spaces and the people within them. Ciel shares our appreciation for quality, creativity and attention to detail, which makes it the right place to begin with Don Julio,” said Wanjiru Murage, Marketing Manager, International Premium Spirits & Reserve at EABL.
The initiative goes beyond making the brands available at partner venues. EABL aims to create opportunities for guests to discover its luxury spirits through service, storytelling and carefully curated experiences.
At Ciel, the programme is being led by Kingkline Ojal, Diageo’s Luxury Spirits Brand Ambassador, who is training the hospitality team on Don Julio’s heritage, craftsmanship and the techniques behind its signature serves, including the Reposado Paloma. The training is intended to equip the team to communicate the brand’s story while delivering its drinks to guests.

With the festive season approaching, Don Julio After Dark marks the beginning of a year-long partnership that positions Ciel as the brand’s Thursday destination in Nairobi.
