Police in Trans Nzoia County have arrested a suspected gang member accused of coordinating criminal networks and facilitating illegal activities across the county.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, the National Police Service said the suspect was linked to the coordination of criminal networks operating in different parts of the county.
The suspect remains in police custody as officers process the case ahead of arraignment in court.
Investigations are ongoing, with detectives pursuing the suspect’s alleged accomplices and other individuals believed to be connected to the criminal network.
The National Police Service said it would continue pursuing leads to apprehend those involved in organised crime and strengthen security across affected communities.
