Optiven Reveals Why Kitengela Is Becoming a Hotspot for Land Buyers

Real estate firm Optiven Limited has set the entry price for plots at its Celebration Gardens Phase 2 project in Kitengela at KSh1.495 million, with buyers allowed to pay over up to 12 months.

The project is located about 3.8 kilometres off Namanga Road and includes planned infrastructure such as internal roads, piped water, electricity connections and perimeter fencing, according to the company.

Optiven CEO George Wachiuri said buyer confidence and transparency were critical in the property market as more Kenyans seek land as a long-term investment.

“Integrity is about doing the right thing even when no one is watching. In business, trust is earned through consistency, transparency and keeping the promises you make to your customers,” Wachiuri said.

The company is also offering incentives to buyers during the current promotion. Those who complete payment within six months will have their legal and transfer costs covered, while customers who deposit or pay KSh300,000 towards a plot will receive KSh3,000 cashback, Optiven said.

The development comes amid continued investment in Kitengela, a satellite town that has attracted residential and commercial property development due to its proximity to Nairobi and major transport corridors.

Optiven said the Celebration Gardens Phase 2 project is targeting buyers seeking residential and commercial plots within a gated development.

The company has urged prospective buyers to conduct due diligence on land ownership, documentation, infrastructure and payment terms before completing a purchase.
