Patrick Mbacio, a Kenyan social media personality who rose to fame by publicly sharing stories about his colourful love life, has died.
Mbacio reportedly died over the weekend after his health deteriorated. He was found lifeless inside his house in Nakuru, where he is said to have been alone at the time.
The man, who became widely known for his outspoken accounts of his relationships with women, had previously claimed that he had been intimate with more than 2,000 women in less than five years.
He also claimed to have spent more than Sh6 million on the women he dated, turning his personal life into a major part of his online persona.

Mbacio first attracted widespread attention through TikTok videos featuring women at his house. His candid and often provocative content earned him a following as he shared his views and experiences on relationships and dating.
He later reinvented himself as a motivational speaker, adopting the name “Patrick the Truth” as he sought to build a public profile beyond his reputation as a serial womaniser.
His unusual journey from social media personality to motivational speaker made him a recognisable figure in Kenya’s online entertainment and lifestyle space.
Details surrounding his death were still limited at the time of reporting.
