Cledun Realtors Limited, a real estate company in Kenya, has been nominated for the Starbrands Awards 2026, adding to its record of industry recognition following previous awards in the land-selling and property sectors.
“Proud to be nominated for the Starbrands Awards 2026! This nomination is a reflection of our commitment to exceptional service and, most importantly, the trust you place in us. As we celebrate Customer Service Week, we say thank you for choosing Cledun Realtors. Here’s to serving you even better!” the company said in its announcement.
Cledun Realtors’ Previous Real Estate Awards
In March 2025, Cledun Realtors was named The Most Promising and Preferred Land Selling Company in Africa at the Superchoice Brands Award.
The recognition added to the company’s profile in the land-selling market and its efforts to expand its presence in the real estate industry.
The company has also received the Most Promising Land Selling Company in Kenya accolade, another recognition linked to its growth and focus on ethical service in property transactions.
These awards form part of the company’s record as it continues to position itself in Kenya’s competitive real estate market, where customer confidence, transparency and service delivery are important considerations for property buyers.
Duncan Muiruri Recognised at Excellent Realtors Awards
Cledun Realtors Managing Director Duncan Muiruri received the Excellent Male Real Estate Professional award at the Excellent Realtors Awards in June 2025.
Cledun Realtors Chief Executive Officer Clement Waweru said the Starbrands Awards 2026 nomination was an opportunity for the company to reflect on its growth and reaffirm its commitment to customer satisfaction.
“This nomination is an encouragement to our team and a reminder of the responsibility we have to our customers. We value the trust they place in Cledun Realtors and remain committed to improving our service delivery while maintaining the standards that have guided our growth.” he said.
Managing Director Duncan Muiruri said the company’s previous awards, including the recognition he received at the Excellent Realtors Awards in June 2025, had contributed to its growing profile in the real estate sector.
